1 1/3 cups of rice mix 2 cups of water In heavy kettle, bring water to a boil. Add the rice mix to the water, stir and return to a boil. Stir for 1 minute. Remove from burner. Cover and let steam for 8-12 minutes. Stir gently and serve. Before adding the mix, you may add 1 Tbsp butter or oil.
