Also, very happy they are not full of ingredients I am unable to pronounce and not loaded with tooth rotting sugar or high sodium that causes inflammation. Decent. However a month delay from purchase time to delivery. Additonally poor packing. UPS Had package picture.Basically product thrown in box with only packing in the middle.3 of six cans were severly dented. Safecastle to the rescue. They deserve 5 stars for customer satisfaction.. First time test pack for quality. Wasn't trying to get a refund.They took it to heart. Thx Sagecastle.
