Banana Chips are made from Philippine bananas of the Saba and Cardava varieties. In addition to being picked in their mature green stage, the bananas are peeled, washed, sliced, and fried in fresh refined coconut oil. There are no artificial additives in these chips, and they are approximately 20-25 mm in diameter and 4.0 mm thick. They can be added directly to yogurt, cereals, and oatmeal.
