How to Use:
To 1 cup of water or broth, add 1/4 cup of dehydrated mirepoix mix.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft.
Add a mirepoix base to soups, stews, sauces, or gravies.
The can arrived well packaged & w/ no dents. My wife used the canned ground beef to make beef stroganoff. The result was excellent & every bit as good as store bought hamburger meat. Purchased“blemished” had small dent and scratches. Buy one size larger capacity than you think you need.I use mine to drink, cook and even in my water pick.
