IMPORTANT NOTE: These are 100% Legal MREs - not stolen or old 'off the base' MREs. Please note that we do have a few contractors that get MREs from different military manufacturers so meal bags may vary as seen above. Why are these legal? Aren't all military MRE's considered illegal? Notice on the pictures of this case itself that the usual MRE disclaimer of ''U.S. Government Property, Commercial Resale is Unlawful'' is missing. This means that the commercial/consumer market can purchase and resell these MREs legally. 

 

Why is that? Because they were contract manufactured from someone other than the US Government. Because they were never sold to the Government in the first place, they are not, nor have they ever been U.S. Government Property. These meals were custom ordered by a US Military Contractor (who shall remain nameless for legal reasons) working for the Government providing convoy security in Iraq. Our supplier has managed to continue the supply contract on these, so you are assured of a continued supply of 100% legal MREs for the foreseeable future.

ALSO NOTE; These MREs are considered Menu ''C'' - there is no Menu A and Menu B in the C (C for Contract) Meals. These MRE Menus were cherry-picked by the Contractor to include the specific 2009 Menu Items that they wanted from Menus A and B, as well as a lot of extra items and calories. 

Each case contains 12 complete meals with 12 different menus for variety (full menu list/contents/pictures below)

- Wet pack fruit (Menus 11) include raspberry applesauce, carbo enhanced applesauce, mango/peach applesauce, pineapple, pears, and mixed fruit.
- Dairyshakes (Menus 9) include vanilla, chocolate, strawberry-banana and strawberry.
- Jellies (Menus 10) include apple and grape.
- Beverages with nutritive sweetener (Menus  2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11) include orange, lemon-lime and tropical punch.

- Candy I (Menus 9, 10) include chocolate toffee rolls, toffee chocolate cube and chocolate covered coffee beans
- Candy II (Menus 1, 12) include plain and chocolate with peanuts and peanut butter

Pound cakes:
- Vanilla, lemon poppy, spice, almond poppy, carrot and marble; shall be procured in equal quantities and assembled in a uniform distribution in Menus 2 and 7. Not more than two meals in any shipping container shall contain the same flavor of cake.

Cookies:
- Oatmeal, chocolate chip, kreamsicle, toffee crunch, white chocolate raspberry pan coated chocolate disks and; shall be procured in equal quantities and assembled in a uniform distribution within Menus 3 and 9.
