Cream of Broccoli: 5 oz. per #2.5 can/approx 5+ servings
1 Can of Creamy Broccoli Soup
4 cups water or milk
Mix liquid with soup mix in saucepan.
Using a wire whisk stir well while bringing the mixture to a boil (to prevent scorching).
When it starts to boil, reduce heat & simmer 3-5 min.
Remove from heat and cover for 5 min to allow vegetables to completely hydrate.
Options: Fresh broccoli florets can be placed in the liquid in the beginning of the process.
Diced chicken or turkey may be added if desired.
Ingredients: Broccoli, Potato Flakes (mono-diglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate,
citric acid), Milk Substitute (Sweet Dairy Whey, Nonfat Dry Milk Solids, Partially hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Coconut oil and/or soy oil), Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate Dipotassium phosphate, Lecithin, Carrageenan, vitamin A, vitamin B, Chicken Base -Salt, chicken fat, autolyzed yeast, partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, dehydrated chicken meat, onion powder, - black pepper, parsley, turmeric, spice extractives
Cream of Potato: 8 oz. per #2.5 can/approx 6+ servings
Instructions: Add 6 cups of boiling water to 1 can of Cream of Potato Soup. Stir Frequently. Ready in approximately 8-12mins.
List of Ingredients: Potatoes (mono-diglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid), carrots, onion powder, chicken base (salt, corn syrup, chicken, autolyzed yeast, partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil, vegetable oil, parsley, turmeric, spice extractives), cheddar cheese, blue cheese, milk substitute (whey, nonfat milk solids, cultured milk, coconut oil, sodium caseinate dipotassium phosphate, lecithin, vitamin A, vitamin B)
Homestyle Vegetable Soup: 7 oz. per #2.5 can/makes approx 8-9 cups
8 1/2 - 9 cups of boiling water (depending on taste)
1 can of Homestyle Garden Vegetable Soup Mix
Pour the soup mix into the boiling water; stir frequently and let it set for 5 minutes.
Simmer for 10 minutes; remove from heat; cover and let steam for 5 minutes.
Add sodium-free seasoning or salt & pepper to taste.
Garden Vegetable Stew (Thicker, more flavor)
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup Garden Vegetable Soup Mix
Follow soup instructions.
You may add any variety of fresh vegetables to customize your stew. Beef Chunks, Pork Chunks or Chicken Chunks could also be added to make a hearty meat stew.
