Having trouble with your Log-in?

We first recommend that you use the "Forgot Password" link, to retrieve your password.

If you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser, you may need to empty your browser cache, due to the memory demands of our website.
Here's how to do that:

1. Go to the "Tools" menu option, and then select "Internet Options."

2. Under the "General" tab, click on 'Delete' next to "Browsing History."

3. You may then choose to 'Delete All,' but you should only have to delete "Temporary Internet Files."

4. Once complete, exit out of the menu(s). Refresh the page/website.

*We recommend that you also check which version browser you are using, as it may be outdated. Just go to the 'Help' menu, and select "About Internet Explorer." The newest version is IE8, however IE7 works just as well. If you have anything older, we recommend that you update your browser here. Better yet, download a free alternative browser like Mozilla Firefox or Safari.

Having problems checking out?

A common issue is where you have added items to your cart before logging in. Then when you log-in, your items are not discounted to member-pricing. YOU MUST LOG-IN FIRST, THEN GO SHOPPING AND ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART.

If you have other problems with being unable to check-out, go through the steps above to clear your browser cache. By either updating the Internet Explorer version, or by clearing you browser history, that should remedy the situation. Another thing you may want to try, is switching to the more capable browser, Firefox.
