This Freeze Dried Spiral Pasta is current production and not overruns. Using hot water for rehydrating Spiral Pasta, drain the water and serve. Once rehydrated, you can add your favorite sauce. As long as the pasta is sealed in the can, it will last 25+ years - and probably up to 40 years because there is no oxygen or water in the can to spoil it.
