Do you love Powdered Eggs, but can't handle #10 cans? We have the perfect size. Each #2.5 can makes 2 dozen Extra Large Eggs. For optimal quality and safety, Future Essential's Dried Whole Eggs are sourced from fresh chicken eggs harvested in the United States. The eggs are spray dried and pasteurized in the US.
Protein sources that are convenient and shelf-stable for campers, hikers, and backpackers
Food storage needs for people in an emergency
Cooks and bakers who need a backup supply of eggs
People with food allergies or dietary restrictions who need to avoid fresh eggs
In order to make Future Essentials Powdered Whole Eggs safe for consumption, a special process is used to produce a free-flowing powder that has been pasteurized. When blended with water, our whole egg powder transforms into a product like fresh whipped eggs when blended with water. We offer a non-perishable whole egg powder that cannot be refrigerated until opened and can be substituted for fresh eggs. You can store this product in an airtight container for up to 10 years, and it is ideal for camping, travelling, and long-term food storage.
Features:
Made from fresh, whole eggs
Spray dried and pasteurized
Non-perishable
10-year shelf life in unopened cans
Reconstitution Instructions:
For any recipe requiring eggs, mix 1 tablespoon powdered whole egg with 3 tablespoons water. You do not need to reconstitute the egg if you are using it with other dry ingredients. Just combine with other dry ingredients and increase water quantity to desired amount.
Applications:
It can be used to make scrambled eggs, omelets, desserts, baking, and even as a protein supplement in your favorite smoothie or health drink. When you add powdered eggs to your favorite recipes, you'll get comparable results since powdered eggs have been pasteurized. Powdered eggs do not need to be cooked because they have been pasteurized. Once re-hydrated, powdered eggs should be used immediately. Designed for outdoor use, Future Essentials Powdered Eggs have a long shelf life and are easy to transport.
Storage:
Once opened, Future Essentials Powdered Whole Eggs can be stored for up to 12 months. Storage life depends on the conditions of the container. Store food products in a cool, dry environment for maximum storage life. Once opened, refrigerate the remaining portion.
Ingredients: Whole Eggs, Sodium Silicoaluminate (Less than 2% added).
Ordered two cases, well not really - I was signed up for their membership and was sent two. 15 cans out of the two cases were dented. As long term food preppers know, dented cans are a no no. The shipment was not packaged well at all. Some bubble wrap that didn't help in the least in a flimsy box.
The. cheese itself is good. I tried some from the one dented can in the last order.
It’s late winter (the perfect time to buy a boat) so I haven’t taken this out on the water yet. But you’ve seen the YouTube videos, you know it’s a good boat, and you’re familiar with the pros and cons of an inflatable kayak, and that you’ll probably want an electric pump to go with it if you’re taking it our regularly. What you need to know is whether this seller is legit. As of right now they have the best price on the internet, by a lot. I thought it was going for to be a factory second or a floor model, and would have been fine with that for the price. But I’ve inflated and inspected it, and as far as I can tell this is brand new. So grab one now in case the price goes back up!
