Cheddar Cheese Powder
For cheese sauce, gradually combine cheese with hot water or milk. Stir the contents together until smooth and creamy. The general measurements are one cup of water to ½ cup powder. Try adding to soups to give a rich cheese flavor.
Cream Cheese Powder
Don’t eat your cinnamon rolls without the rich texture of cream cheese frosting. Reconstitute our cream cheese powder with some sugar and extracts into a delightful frosting. Spread on cinnamon roll and enjoy. Can also be used in any recipes that call for it.
Whole Egg
Enjoy these easy to cook whole eggs. For a single egg combine 2 Tablespoon water with 1 Tablespoon egg powder and mix well. Substitute for eggs in any baking recipe. Contents are equivalent to about 160 whole eggs.
Butter Powder
This is a wonderful substitute for your butter in recipes such as chocolate chip cookies, bread mixes, and other recipes that require butter. Rehydrate by adding four parts of butter powder to one part water.
Sour Cream Powder
By reconstituting Sour Cream powder, you can be ready for baked potatoes, tacos, and chip dips. By adding Sour Cream to your baking it will taste better then ever.
Country Cream Milk
This milk is unlike any other powdered milk available, the number one reason is because it actually tastes like milk without a bad aftertaste. The main reason why is because its ingredients are nothing more than 100% milk with vitamins A & D added. For a cream-like consistency you will want to mix one part powder to two parts water or mix to desired taste. |
